This cuvée is our signature blend, a multi-parcel selection from the Côte des Blancs, predominantly sourced from the villages of Cramant and Chouilly, reflecting the heritage of the Voirin and Jumel families. It combines three vintages prior to bottling, with proportions that vary each time.

We offer it in two dosages: Brut (V.1) and Non-Dosé (V.2). V.1 serves as the gateway to our Chardonnay collection, while V.2 highlights the purity of our terroir.
V.1, with a dosage between 4 and 6 g/L, exemplifies the ancestral Champagne tradition, where the dosage enhances the aromas.
