Millésime 2015 Grand Cru 150cl

Born from the chalk, this vintage comes from the heart of the cuvée, sourced from grapes grown on the lower slopes of the Côte des Blancs. In this area, the vineyard forms a natural reinforcement, connecting the villages of Cramant, Avize, and Oger. Chalk is omnipresent here, bringing the terroir to the forefront.

The grapes from this region possess rare complexity and optimal aging potential. Made exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards, with no malolactic fermentation, this vintage is the product of a single harvest year. Its extended aging on lees, for a minimum of 8 years, results in a wine suited for the most prestigious occasions.

This vintage represents the purest expression of the Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. It is an exceptionally elegant wine, aged with great care and patience, reserved for moments of distinction. This is one of the most refined cuvées in our collection.
