This cuvée is a patchwork of our Grand Cru parcels in Cramant. Always vintage-dated, but with varying parcel selections each year. While the climate changes, the terroir remains constant.
Cramant is a village full of complexity, with an infinite variety of terroirs. This is the first wine crafted by the combined efforts of Patrick, Julie, and Pauline. During blending, a unique intuition emerges—assembling Cramant is a challenge, as its exceptional nature demands something special.
Cramant embodies a blend of infinite elegance, reflecting the diversity of Cramant’s terroirs, and pronounced character, echoing its distinctive essence. It represents an identity true to the Domaine.
